Use the return slip that came with the package and download the return form from the order confirmation received by email.
Fill in the return form and send the package.
At Lanullva you have 30 days open purchase . For goods purchased in November or December, this deadline is extended to the end of January the following year.
For the return to be approved in its entirety, the product must be in unused condition with all tags intact. Please do not tape or write directly on the original packaging.

We send out packages the same day we receive your order. It normally takes 1-3 days from when you order until you receive the item. In high season, e.g. Christmas time, it may take a little longer, but we strive to send the goods as quickly as possible. Dispatch takes place on all working days (Mon-Sat).
