Terms of use
When ordering in our online store, you receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. We will send you an e-mail with delivery information and a tracking number that you can follow, you will also find tracking information in the sent SMS. When the item has arrived at your delivery point or mailbox, you will receive an SMS that the package is ready for collection.
All prices include VAT.
1. Debit card / Credit card:
The transaction will not be charged until the item has been sent from us. We do not record and store any personal information about your transaction. All information takes place between you and the payment provider. This means that you can safely pay without being afraid that your card information will go astray. Lanullva does not store your card number and the total amount is charged directly to your account.
2. Invoice
LANULLVA offers invoices in collaboration with Klarna. The payment deadline is 14 days. If you choose to pay by invoice, there are no additional costs if you do not wish to extend the payment deadline beyond 14 days. To pay by invoice, you must be 18 years old, be registered in Norway and be approved in the credit assessment carried out at the time of purchase.
When you choose to pay with a Klarna invoice, you must enter your social security number. It is used to retrieve your registered address. We do not store the social security number in our systems.
The invoice is executed when we send the goods from our warehouse. In the event of late payment, a payment reminder and/or debt collection notice will be sent, and statutory fees may apply. If payment is still not received, the invoice will be sent to debt collection and additional costs will be incurred.
