It is important to feel safe when shopping in an online store:
Lanullva aims to treat all personal data with respect and care. Based on functionality and user experience, we collect information from you who visit our website. We use this information to optimize our content, look at usage patterns and adapt targeted advertising. To do this, we use cookies on our website.
Lanullva can also use customer information to adapt and improve our services, but we guarantee that no one else may use customer information for marketing purposes. We will never sell your email address or other information to a third party, and you will not receive newsletters by email from us unless you have agreed to it yourself.
We would like to point out that it is not permitted to send sensitive personal data or national identification numbers by e-mail, unless the content is encrypted.
The purpose of the processing:
The purpose of our processing of your personal data is to identify you as a customer, and fulfill the agreement you have with us. Our processing of personal data is handled by our skilled employees. Personal information is information that can be linked directly to you as a person, for example name, e-mail address and address. Such information is necessary for us to be able to serve you as a customer and to be able to deliver the goods you have ordered, and to contact you with information and updates related to your order. We are required to store this information in connection with accounting, tax handling, and any warranty and return handling.
All employees in Lanullva are subject to confidentiality. The duty of confidentiality applies not only outside the company, but also internally between colleagues and goods, even if the employment relationship has ended.
What personal data is processed:
Information processed by us can be categorized as follows:
Administrative information such as name, telephone number, e-mail address, job title and which company you work for and information about behavior on our website (online shop), such as e.g. which articles you read or products you look at and what you show interest in.
Customer account:
If you choose to create a customer account, we will store the personal data you provide. With a customer account, you get access to "My page" after logging in. Here you will see your saved personal data, which you can correct or change. You also get access to order history.
A customer account makes it easier for you to shop, as your contact information is filled in at the checkout after logging in.
Processing basis:

We only collect information about you to send you relevant information that you yourself request, to fulfill an agreement we have with you or because we believe it is in your interest. We never use the information for anything other than what we have stated.
If we have to process sensitive personal data in order to fulfill an agreement with you, we will obtain your consent to this in advance of the processing. The consent limits the processing to only the information that is necessary for Lanullva to be able to fulfill the specific agreement.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. The processing of the relevant personal data will then cease.
Disclosure of personal data:
Personal data may be disclosed to public authorities, if this follows from a statutory obligation to provide information or a duty to disclose. Any third parties who receive personal data from us are subject to the duty of confidentiality, through the conclusion of an agreement.
Your rights:
Right to access, correction and deletion
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time. If the information is incorrect, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. We cannot remove your information if there are statutory requirements for it to be stored, such as e.g. accounting rules or other legitimate reason for retaining the information, such as e.g. outstanding debt. "Cookies" are a standard technology that most websites use today. A cookie can be described as a small text file that is placed in your browser's internal memory. It gives us the opportunity to get an overview of which products are presented and other statistics that we use to make our websites better for our users. The most used browsers are set up to accept cookies automatically, but you can choose to change the settings yourself so that cookies are not accepted. We would like to point out that many websites will not function optimally if you do not accept cookies.
Newsletter:
By signing up for our newsletter, you agree to us storing your email address. This will be used to send out relevant information about Lanullva, such as news, sales and competitions. We use Klaviyo to handle the sending of the e-mails. This means that the information that is sent out, including your e-mail address, will be stored with them as long as they keep logs for sending out. Lanullva can use your email to improve digital services for marketing, this to improve your buying experience. The information will be stored with us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. For newsletters, consent can be obtained through a link in an e-mail.
Marketing:
We have placed cookies from, among others, Google on our website, and use these to adapt digital advertisements and offers. This may mean that you will see specified offers aimed at you after visiting our website based on aggregated data from your visit statistics.
SSL encryption:
When you access our website, a secure (SSL-encrypted) session is automatically started. You can check this (that the pages are encrypted: look for https) by clicking on the padlock icon that appears in your browser.
Third party suppliers:
We use third-party suppliers to handle and store our customer data. These comply with the GDRP regulation for the protection of personal data:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365, accounting and resource planning (Supplier in Norway) Microsoft's privacy policy
- Websites of suppliers in Norway
- Klaviyo, newsletter and communication via email. (Supplier in the UK)
- Klarna Bank payment intermediary (Supplier in the EU). These store all information about payment and card details and any reuse of information once this has been approved. Klarna's privacy statement
- Lipscore to follow up with customers and obtain user feedback (Supplier in Norway)
- Google (Analytics and tag manager) Collect information about how visitors use the website. We use this information to create reports that are further used to improve the website. Google's privacy statement
Data controller:
The controller is the one who determines the purpose of the processing of personal data, and which aids are used. Lanullva has established a role as data controller who must have an overview of the processes, business areas and systems that process personal data, and continuously follow up the internal control and the risk situation.
